Abstract
Cementifying fibroma is rare benign tumour of the jaws. Three cases involving the maxilla and spheno-ethmoidal region are presented. One of them underwent a conservative resection while another required radical surgery in the form of total maxillectomy due to aggressive tumour behaviour. In both these cases there was no recurrence during follow-up. In the third case, who had extensive sphenoethmoidal involvement, only a palliative debulking was possible through an external ethmoidectomy approach. Current thoughts on this entity are briefly discussed.
