Trans-septal and trans-sphenoidal hypophysectomy

Abstract

Two cases of Pitutary Tumours operated by a team of E.N.T. and Neuro-surgeons are presented here. The various surgical techniques, advantages and disadvantages are discussed. The role of E.N.T. surgeon in intracranial surgery via E.N.T. fields is highlighted.
