Abstract

March of septoplasty towards perfection is not yet complete. Problems of post-operative dryness due to mucociliary damage still remains, if all other things go fine. In this study much stress has been laid on least interference with septal mucosa, thereby respecting the mucociliary function. Role of Rosen’s Endomeatal knife in septoplasty has been evaluated.
