Abstract
Granular cell tumour is a rare tumour of the head and neck area. The tongue is the most common site of affection. The larynx is involved in only 10% of the cases and the most common site is the posterior portion of the true vocal cord. A case is reported with tumour mass affecting the anterior half of both true vocal cords.
