Abstract
The author presents his experience of correction of depressed noses, hump noses, retruded chins and unshapely lips. The surgeon must evaluate and appreciate the deformed structures in the facial profile and, rarely, the patient may require augmentation rhinoplasty, mentoplasty and cheiloplasty to improve the facial appearances.
