Neglected iron nail in the larynx

Abstract

Various foreign bodies in children have been reported in the literature, but a metallic foreign body neglected for about three weeks in the laynx of a child is quite unusual. An interesting case report of a curved metallic Iron nail as a neglected foreign body in the laynx which was found lying anteriposteriorly between the vocal cords is presented.
