The incidence of tubercular laryngitis in pulmonary tuberculosis is 14% in this part of Rajasthan. Socio-economic relation with laryngeal tuberculosis assessed. Symptomatology and treatment is discussed. The antitubercular drugs are equally effective on these lesions. The superior laryngeal nerve block is an useful procedure for laryngeal tuberculosis in patients who have associated odynophagia.
