Abstract
Traumatic laryngo-tracheal stenosis is a disastrous sequelae to blunt and open trauma of the neck, to assisted ventilation for respiratory failure, and following tracheostomy. We have come across 11 such cases during the period 1970–1976. We have made certain observations and suggest some guidelines to prevent its occurrence.
