Maxillary sinus cyst

Abstract

Skiagrams of the Maxillary sinus often show rounded shadows in the antrum and on antrum puncture a thin straw coloured fluid drips out. On opening up the antrum a thin walled bluish cyst is seen arising from the floor, such Maxillary sinus cysts seen in eight patients during the last 2 years are discussed.
