Conclusion
In summary, this has been a long learning process, first with a pediatric program, and now with the adult program. We hope the experience gained will spur the next generation of programs to better match the characteristics and needs of a particular group with those of a specific program, such that individual programs will have a demonstrable level of effectiveness for each specific situation. In this manner, standardization will develop and with it, reliability and predictability—the goal of every program.
