Rhabdomyosarcoma of the ear and mastoid

Abstract

Rhabdomyosarcoma is a rare condition, especially in the region of the ear. The authors describe their experience with 4 cases of rhabdomyosarcoma involving the ear and mastoid. The available world literature on this condition has been reviewed. An aggressive approach is recommended although it carries a poor prognosis.
