Abstract
A special clinic evaluated 1000 cases of laryngeal diseases and voice disorders. 200 cases out of these underwent microlaryngoscopy and endolaryngeal microsurgery. The organisation of such a clinical service benefits patients and is also valuable in teaching and research.
