New names for favreine and parafavreine thalassinid anomuran (Crustacea Decapoda) coprolites from the Jurassic of Greece and Algeria

The new anomuran thalassinid coprolite formspeciesFavreina fendiensis Brönnimann & Zaninetti, n. sp., forFavreina type 2 ofCuvillier Bassoulet & Fourcade (1969) andParafavreina thebensis Brönnimann & Zaninetti, n. sp., for the coprolite erroneously referred byBassoulet & Guernet (1970) toFavreina type 2 ofCuvillier, Bassoulet & Fourcade are defined.F. fendiensis is from the Middle Jurassic of Algeria andP. thebensis from the Middle Lias of Greece.

FürFavreina Typ 2 vonCuvillier, Bassoulet & Fourcade (1969) wird die Form-SpeziesFavreina fendiensis Brönnimann & Zaninetti, n. sp., und für den thalassiniden Koprolithen mit dreieckigen Querschnitten der Längskanäle, der vonBassoulet & Guernet (1970) irrtümlicherweiseFavreina Typ 2 vonCuvillier, Bassoulet & Fourcade zugeschrieben worden ist, die Form-SpeziesParafavreina thebensis Brönnimann & Zaninetti, n. sp., vorgeschlagen.F. fendiensis ist aus dem Mittleren Jura von Algerien undP. thebensis aus dem Mittleren Lias von Griechenland beschrieben.
