Zusammenfassung
Ossiculithen sind winzigste, im häutigen Labyrinth der Fische auftretende Kalkausscheidungen. Sie dürften durch funktionelle Störung des sezernierenden Gewebes bedingt sein, ähnlich wie gewisse, an rezenten Fischotolithen auftretende Mißbildungen.
