Aspects endoscopiques d'un phéochromocytome vésical

Résumé

La localisation vésicale d'un phéochromocytome vésical est exceptionnelle. Celle-ci fut découverte après la survenue de malaises hypertensifs et coronariens post-mictionnels. Nous présentons les premiers aspects cystoscopiques d'une telle tumeur. Ce diagnostic fut confirmé, par la biologie et par l'histologie après cystectomie partielle.

Summary

The localization in the bladder of a pheochromocytoma is an exception. In this case, the occurence of hypertensive and coronarian post-micturinional faistners. We show the first cystoscopic views of such a tumour. Diagnosis was corroborated by biological tests and the histological aspect after partial cystectomy.
