Summary

In connection with the 54 cases of women under oral or local contraceptive we analyse the interesting perspectives of the colposcopy which discern some lesions that are not or poorly perceivable under naked eye. The association of oral contraceptible with cervical endometriosis has appeared to us to be fairly frequent. The cervical micro traumatisms caused by the intrauterine contraceptive might have a part in the etiological mecanism of the endiometriosical transplantation on the neck.
