L’attitude vis-à-vis d’une ulcération gastrique est dominée par sanature cancéreuse possible.

A l’heure actuelle, la fibroscopie gastrique avec biopsies dirigées représente le meilleur moyen d’approche diagnostique et de surveillance d’une ulcération décelée par l’examen radiologique.

Summary

When faced with a gastric ulcer, one must know whether it is cancerous or not. At the present time gastric fiberscopy with target biopsies is the best diagnostic approach, and the best way to follow the evolution of an ulceration already visualized by x-ray examination.
