Les auteurs rapportent ici leur expérience de la biopsie pulmonaire perfibroscopique dans 44 cas d’images rondes pulmonaires périphériques et dans 14 cas de miliaires.
Dans le premier groupe, ils obtiennent 50% de diagnostics (22/44), dans le second 35% (5/14).
Si les examens sont faits sous contrôle radioscopique bi directionnel, les pourcentages passent respectivement de 50 à 85% et de 35 à 75%.
Summary
The authors give an account of their experience of the transbronchial pulmonary biopsy under fiberscopy about 44 patients with round peripheric images and 14 with miliary images.
In the first groupe, they obain 50% of diagnoses, 35% in the second group.
The percentages go from 50 to 85% and 35 to 75%, if the samplings are made under bidirectionnal radioscopic verification.
