Le granulome éosinophile de l'estomac est une affection rare à distribution géographique particulière.
Les auteurs rapportent un cas de granulome éosinophile à forme nodulaire, révélé par une hémorragie digestive.
L'intérêt de l'endoscopie est envisagé dans la forme nodulaire de la maladie, la forme diffuse restant d'une approche diagnostique plus délicate.
Summary
The eosinophilic granuloma is a rare gastric lesion with a particular geographic distribution. A case of hemorragic nodular eosinophilic granuloma of the stomach is described. Endoscopy with snare removal contributes to the diagnosis only in the nodular form. The diagnostic approach is less helpful in the diffuse lesion.
