Résumé
Les auteurs rapportent deux cas d'hémorragies massives par rupture d'anévrisme de l'artère hépatique propre dans le duodénum. Ils décrivent les lésions endoscopiques observées au niveau de la face antérieure du bulbe.
En cas d'hémorragies digestives brusques et massives, ces aspects endoscopiques conduisent à pratiquer rapidement une tomodensitométrie abdominale computée et surtout une artériographie sélective du tronc cœliaque.
Le traitement radical a comporté la résection de l'anévrisme avec des suites favorables dans les deux cas.
Summary
The authors report two cases of massive hemorrhage from rupture of the hepatic artery into te duodenum.
Endoscopic lesions observed on the anterior surface of the duodenal bulb are described.
In cases of abrupt and massive gastrointestinal hemorrhage, these endoscopic findings should lead to the rapid performance of an abdominal CAT scan and especially to selective arteriography of the celiac axis.
Resection of the aneurysm, the treatment used in these two cases, produced favorable results.
