Conclusion

L’approche de la SHP par la clinique et par diverses techniques montre que la concordance de résultats est l’éventualité la plus fréquente, ce qui, en cas de suspicion de SHP, justifie la priorité accordée à l’échographie, examen non invasif. En revanche, dans les formes précoces de SHP, l’endoscopie digestive haute, réalisée avec des fibroscopes souples, semble une méthode d’avenir.

Conclusion

The clinical and technical evaluation of HPS, shows that ultrasound remains the investigation procedure of choice. But, in cases presented very early in the development, endoscopy appears to have a higher sensitivity
