Les auteurs décrivent l’extraction d’un corps étranger de la cavité abdominale par voie laparoscopique chez une femme de 46 ans.

The authors describe the successful and alternative laparoscopic approach for the removal of metallic filament present in the abdominal cavity of a 46-yrs-old woman.
