Résumé

Le but de ce travail a été d’évaluer la technique d’échoendoscopie linéaire utilisant une sonde sectorielle électronique de 120°. Nous rapportons ici les aspects normaux du médiastin et de l’étage sus-méso-colique.

Summary

The purpose of this paper was to determine the normal echoanatomy of the mediastinum and the supramesocolic regions, using an endoscopic ultrasonography device with a curved array transducer providing a 120° sector scan.
