Les auteurs rapportent un cas ďinsulinome bénin du pancréas dont le diagnostic et la localisation precise ont été facilités par la cholangiographie-pancréatographie endoscopique.
Le diagnostic histologique a été confirmé à ľexamen de la pièce de resection chirurgicale.
Summary
This is a case report of a benign insulinoma of the pancreas. Its clinical interest lies in the role of the ERCP in defining the exact localization and topography of the adenoma. The histological diagnosis is ascertained on the surgical specimen.
