RéSUMé

L’endométriose péritonéale et ovarienne peut actuellement être traitée par laparoscopie grâce au laser CO2.

Summary

Peritoneal endometriosis and ovarian endometriosis can be now treated by laparoscopy with the help of the CO2 laser.

Resumen

La endometriosis peritoneal y ovarica puede ser tratada actualmente por laparoscopia gracias al laser CO2.

Zusammenfassung

Die Peritoneal- und Ovarialendometriose kann heute dank des CO2- Lasers auf laparoskopischen Wege behandelt werden. Peritoneale Läsionen können leicht mit dem CO2- Laser vaporisiert werden. Zysten bis zu 3 cm Gröβe werden eröffnet, gespült, danach wird die Innenwand mit dem Laser vaporisiert.

Riassunto

L’endometriosi peritoneale ed ovarica può attualmente essere trattata per via laparoscopica grazie al Laser CO2. Gli impianti peritoneali di endometriosi vengono facilmente vaporizzati dal Laser CO2, mentre le cisti endometriosiche inferiori ai 3 cm dapprima vengono aperte, detese e successivamente si procede alla vaporizzazione della parete uterina.
