Les auteurs rapportent un cas de duplication œsophagienne complète découverte fortuitement chez un adulte par la radiographie et confirmée par ľendoscopie. Ľapport diagnostique de ľinjection de bleu de méthylène est souligné.

Summary

The authors report a case of complete esophageal duplication fortuitously discovered in an adult by radiology and confirmed by endoscopy. The diagnostic yield by the injection of methylene blue is emphasized.
