Résumé

Les auteurs rapportent l’observation ďun adénome brunnérien sessile du duodénum, ďun diamétre de 4 cm, diagnostiqué chez une femme de 73 ans.

Les symptômes révélateurs ont été une hémorragie gastrointestinale et une anémie. Ľéxérése de la tumeur a été réalisée par voie endoscopique. Ľattitude thérapeutique est discutée.

Summary

The authors present a case of large (diameter : 4 cm) sessile adenoma of the duodenal Brunner glands, diagnosed in a 73 years old woman.

The lesion was revealed by gastrointestinal bleeding and anemia. An endoscopic resection of the tumor was performed successfully. The limits of this treatment are discussed.
