Bronchospasm, pulmonary infiltration and eosinophilia rapid response to prednisone

Summary

A case of bronchospasm, pulmonary infiltration and eosinophilia occuring in an elderly female patient is described. Rapid response to corticosteroids is reported and relevant literature reviewed.
