Undiagnosed phaeochromocytoma in a patient with Von Recklinghausen’s Neurofibromatosis

Summary

A patient with Von Recklinghausen’s disease is presented in whom signs of a phaeochromocytoma were first seen following the stress of laryngoscopy and intubation. The case is presented to highlight the association of such tumours with neurofibromatosis.
