Abstract
This case outlines an unusual presentation of an isolated ulnar fracture which presented for the first time as an established radio ulnar synostosis causing marked restriction of supination and pronation of the forearm. Radioulnar synostosis following an isolated ulnar fracture is a rare occurrence.
