Summary
OERUM immunoglobulins were measured in patients taking Phenytoin, carbamazepine or sodium valproate as monotherapy. Significant changes in IgG levels occurred with Phenytoin, sodium valproate and carbamazepine and in IgM levels in patients taking carbamazepine.
