Menetrier’s disease presenting with deep venous thrombosis, iron deficiency anaemia and early evolution to atrophic gastritis

Summary

A patient with Menetrier’s Disease who presented with deep venous thrombosis and a severe iron deficiency anaemia is described. An early evolution to atrophic gastritis was noted.
