Summary
A patient with Crohn's disease (Regional enteritis) and hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthropathy is described. Only 4 such patients have previously been reported. Unlike finger clubbing, hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthropathy may not be an indicator of disease activity in regional enteritis.
