Polyarteritis nodosa and acute myeloid leukaemia

Summary

A variety of haematological disorders have been described in association with polyarteritis nodosa (P.A.N.). We report the development of acute myeloid leukaemia in the male patient with P.A.N. The association between acute myeloid leukaemia and P.A.N. has not previously been described.
