Localised Wegener’s granulomatosis — a difficult and delayed diagnosis

Summary

A case of localised Wegener’s granulomatosis presenting with central nervous system symptoms and signs is described. The difficulties of early diagnosis are highlighted and the diagnosic criteria of the disease are discussed.
