Hyperthyroidism due to a thyrotropin secreting pituitary adenoma

Summary

A case of hyperthyroidism caused by autonomous hypersecretion of thyrotropin (TSH) by a pituitary adenoma is detailed. The diagnosis and management of such cases are discussed.
