Stereospezifität von Superoxid-Radikalanionen

Zusammenfassung

Um die Stereospezifität der Superoxid-Radikalanionen (O2 −.) zu bestimmen, wurden unter standardisierten Bedingungen Reaktionen mit D(−)-, L(+)- und Mesoweinsäuren, S(+), R(−)- Mandelsäuren und deren Estern und D-, L-, D- allo- und L-allo-Threoninen in wäßrigen Systemen durchgeführt. Die erziclten Resultate weisen darauf hin, daß das O2 −.-Radikal Stereoisomere unterschiedlich oxidiert, während Enantiomere keine signifikanten Unterschiede gegenüber O2 −.-Radikalen aufweisen.
