Abstract
Objective: To determine the effects of Ginkgo leaf concentrated oral liquor (GLC) on airway inflammation.Methods: Airway hyperreactivity, clinical symptoms and pulmonary functions of asthma patients were determined.Results: In contrast to placebo group, GLC significantly reduced airway hyperreactivity (P< 0.05) and improved clinical symptoms (P<0.05) and pulmonary functions (P<0.05) of the asthmatic patients.Conclusion: GLC is an effective drug of anti-airway inflammation.
