Electron microscopic investigation of cytoplasm of scutellar cells of a young wheat embryo

Abstract

Vcytoplasmě štítkových buněk mladého embrya pšenice byly nalezeny tyto útvary: Paladeho granula a endoplasmatické reticulum, Golgiho aparát, lištovité membrány, šedá tělíska, hustá těliska, silnostěnna tělíska, jemně granulovaná hmota, kapslovitá tělíska, ostře ohraničené vakuoly a struktura typu žloutkového jádra. Mezi tzv. aleuronová zrnka můžeme zařadit šedá tľíska, Byla diskutována tvorba, funkee a vzájemné vztahy těchto struktur.

В цитоплазме клеток щ итка молодого зароды ша пшеницы найдены: гр анулыПа-ладэи эндоплазматич еский ретикулум, аппа рат Гольджи, багетови дныемембраны, серые тельца, плотные тельца, тельцас сильн ыми ст?пками, мелко гра нулированное вещество, капсуловид ные тельца, четко огра ниченные вакуоли и ст руктуры типа желточного ядра. К наз ываемым алейроновым зернышкам можно отне сти серые тельца. Обсуждается о бразование, функция и возможные взаимоотн ошения эти? структур.
