Summary

  1. (1)

Different methods of adaptation of yeasts and bacteria to antimicrobial substances are treated, as well as the advantage of the utilization of conditions of continuous flow to the given purpose.

  2. (2)

Two simple types of apparatus are described in which yeasts and bacteria can be adapted in continuous-flow cultivation and the procedure is demonstrated on a concrete example.

Abstract

  1. (1)
