Determination of localization of ribonclease inAspergillus clavatus

Abstract

Indirect fluorescent antibody method was used to demonstrate the localization ofA. clavatus ribonuclease in apical cell ends. Using protoplasts, ribonuclease was found to be present mainly in the periplasmic space.
