Viene illustrato un modello statistico del rivelatore a scintillazione allo scopo di valutare le imprecisioni nella definizione temporale di eventi nucleari dovuti alla statistica dei processi elementari caratteristici di questorivelatore.

Summary

A statistical model of the scintillation spectrometer is developed. The results are used in order to evaluate the timing inaccuracies in nuclear events detection due to the statistics of physical processes involved.
