Summary

In paper [3] is proved the theorem: the finite groupG =AB isn’t simple ifA is an abelian group,B has a center ≠ 1 and ¦A¦≥¦B¦. One can complete this theorem by a “dual” one: the finite groupG =AB(A ∩B = 1) isn’t simple if A is an abelian group and ¦Z(B)¦≥¦A¦.
