Dopa aver introdotto notazioni e definizioni standard, è dato un cenno storico su alcuni argomenti dell’Analisi di Fourier e sono indicati problemi ancora aperti; sono poi dimostrati due teoremi, il primo di rappresentazione di pseudomisure a supporto inE, l’altro riguarda una caratterizzazione di misure a supporto inE; conE \(E \subseteq \frac{R}{{2\pi Z}}\) chiuso edm(E) = 0.

Summary

Having introduced standard notations and definitions, we give an historical account of some topic in Fourier Analysis and inlustrate some problem which has not been solved so far. We also prove two theorems: the one concerns representations of pseudo-measures supported byE, the other gives a characterization of measures supported byE;E \(E \subseteq \frac{R}{{2\pi Z}}\) is closed andm(E) = 0.
