Recurrent pheochromocytoma: Intrarenal and pulmonary spread

Abstract

A case of intrarenal malignant pheochromocytoma, closely resembling hypernephroma radiologically, is presented. This tumor with 2 other pulmonary masses, recurred 12 years after ablation of an adrenal pheochromocytoma and extended into the inferior vena cava.
