Die Statistik der RGW-Länder

Zusammenfassung

Die Arbeit beginnt mit einer Darstellung der Organisation und der Aufgaben der Statistik in den sozialistischen Volkswirtschaften Osteuropas. Anschließend werden die wichtigsten Unterschiede zwischen dem SNA- und dem SMP-System behandelt und die Hauptkenngrößen »Gesellschaftliches Bruttoprodukt« und »Nationaleinkommen« des letzteren erklärt.

Im 2. Teil werden zunächst Zeitreihen für die Entwicklung der Bevölkerung in den RGW-Ländern zusammengestellt, denen solche für die industrielle und die landwirtschaftliche Produktion folgen. Eingehend wird die Entwicklung des Nationaleinkommens und die seiner Hauptkomponenten, des Akkumulations- und des Konsumfonds dargestellt; dabei wird dem Vergleich des Konsumniveaus zwischen den RGW-Ländern besondere Aufmerksamkeit gewidmet, da Daten solcher Art im Westen weniger bekannt sind.

Abschließend werden Zeitreihen für die Entwicklung des Außenhandels der RGW-Länder untereinander, mit den übrigen sozialistischen Ländern, mit den kapitalistischen Ländern und mit den Entwicklungsländern aufgeführt.

Summary

The paper begins with a description of the organisation and of the object of statistics in the socialist economies of eastern Europe. It then goes on to deal with the main differences between the SNA and the SMP system and to explain the two most important indices — that of the “Gross Social Product” and of the “National Income” of the latter system.

Part II begins with a compilation of time series for the development of the population of the Comecon countries which are followed by those for industrial and agricultural production. Considerable attention is devoted to the development of the national income and of its main components, i.e. the accumulation fund and the consumption fund; in this connection particular importance is attached to the comparison between the levels of soncumption of the individual Comecon countries, especially as such data are less well-known in the countries of the West.

The paper concludes with a number of time series for the development of foreign trade of the Comecon countries among each other, with the rest of the socialist countries, with the capitalist world and finally with the development countries.

Résumé

L’article présente d’abord l’organisation et les tâches de la statistique dans les économies nationales de l’Europe orientale.

Puis, les auteurs traitent les différences les plus importantes entre le système SNA et le système SMP; ils expliquent, en outre, l’essentiel du système SMP, ce sont le «Produit social brut» et le «Revenu national».

Des séries chronologiques du développement de la population et du développement de la production industrielle et agricole sont assemblées dans la seconde partie.

Les auteurs présentent le développement du Revenu national et de ses composantes principales, c’est-à-dire du fonds d’accumulation et du fonds de consommation; en même temps Wagenführ/Frenzel comparent les niveaux de consommation des Paysmembres du Conseil pour l’Aide Economique Mutuelle. Ces données statistiques ne sont guère connues dans les pays de l’Ouest.

Les auteurs conclurent par la présentation des séries chronologiques du développement des échanges parmi les Etats-membres du Conseil pour l’Aide Economique Mutuelle. Dans leur analyse, ils considèrent également les échanges de ces pays avec les autres pays socialistes ainsi qu’avec les pays capitalistes et les pays sous-développés.

В статье описываются организация и задачи статистики в социалистической Экономике стран Восточной Европы. В дальнейщем обсуждаются важнейщие различия между системами национальных счетов и материального производства, общясняются основные показатели «Совокупный обшественный продукт» и «Национальный продукт» СМП.

Во II части составлются динамические ряды развития населения в странах СЁВ, промыщленного и сельскохозяйствен ного производства. Подробно описывается развитие национального дохода и его основных компонентов — фондов накопления и потребления; при Этом особое внимание уделяется сопоставлению уровня потребления между странами СЁВ, так как данные такого рода менее известны в странах Жапада.

В заключение рассматриваются динамические ряды развития внещней торговли между странами СЁВ, между ними и другими социалистическими, как и капиталистическими и развиваюшимися странами.
