A capacitor memory for an analogue computer
The article describes a memory system in which capacitors are used as memory elements; thedc voltages stored in the capacitors represent the value of the function to be remembered in a number of pre-determined points. During the read-out the function is linearly interpolated between each pair of consecutive values. In the design of the system standard computer units were used as far as possible.
