Rapid preparation of denatured double-stranded DNA templates for sequencing

Abstract

This article proposes protocol for rapid preparation (ds) DNA templates for sequencing based on doublestranded DNA denaturation and its recovery by extraction with Wizard™ DNA purification resin (Promega). This method is an alternative to commonly used procedure employing denatured-DNA recovery by ethanol precipitation.
