What causes the dips in backward pion-nucleon scattering?

Summary

Using a Regge pole and absorptive cut model with\({\mathcal{N}}_\alpha \) and Δδ exchange, we find it very difficult to explain the dip structure in pion-nucleon backward scattering in terms of wrong-signature non-sense zeros.

Usando un modello di poli di Regge ed un modello di tagli assorbenti con scambio di\({\mathcal{N}}_\alpha \) e Δδ risulta difficile spiegare la struttura della pendenza dello scattering all’indietro pione-nucleone in termini di zeri senza senso di segno sbagliato.
