A simple method for sodium dodecyl-sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis of monoclonal components

Summary

A simple and versatile technique is described which allows to study in SDS-PAGE the molecular composition of monoclonal components starting from minute amounts of samples. Some applications in the study of immunoglobulin variants are described.
